Paducah Community Blood Drive

Coordinator: Neva Allen and Bea Anderson

First Monday of the month in the Fellowship Hall

Every day, blood donors help patients of all ages: accident and burn victims, heart surgery and organ transplant patients, and those battling cancer. In fact, every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. As part of our mission to serve those in our community, First Christian Church hosts a Community Blood Drive on the first Monday of every month. Giving blood is an essential part of saving lives. By partnering with the Red Cross our goal is to connect generous blood donors in our community to those patients who desperately need blood to survive. For more information about Red Cross visit

Community Kitchen

Coordinator: Betty Sanders

Second Tuesday of the month at the Community Kitchen

Paducah’s Community Kitchen shares the love of Christ through service to others. They are an organization that makes sure food is available to those who are hungry, no matter what their status may be. As a Christ-centered, non-profit organization, they are supported by volunteers and the generous donations of those individuals, families, churches, businesses and charitable foundations that make Paducah, Kentucky a wonderful place to live and share God’s love with others. If you are interested in serving a meal with our church please contact Betty Sanders.

Paducah Cooperative Ministries

The Paducah Cooperative Ministry seeks to do God’s work with human hands by bringing together individuals and resources to respond to basic human needs and conditions in McCracken County. As a founding partner with PCM, we support financially as well as collecting items of need once a month. We collect items of all kind from dish soup to canned goods, garbage bags to cereal boxes. First Christian Church is responding to God's call to share our love with those in need within our community.
